btw další problém - dám entitu env_sprite a vyberu si nějakou (třeba tu 2 - červenou záři) a potom mám ve hře i to černý kolem toho... zkoušel jsem dát FX render "Texture" a FX Amount "255" a nic

To že se ti ty čáry nezobrazují ve 3D camera nejspíš bude tou staršá verzí hammeru. V patchi 3.5 se totiž přidali úžasné funkce hlavně ohledně 3D pohledu...
Zpět k problému, v mapě máš prostě LEAK a ten se už řešil mnohokrát, prostě zkus najít kde máš škvíru v mapě nebo entitu mimo mapu.
1) nějaké dveře pod sebou neměly normální brush -> entita se dostaly do přímého kontaktu s okolím
2) malá škvíra mezi zdí a podlahou
3) stejná jako v bodě 2
Všiml jsem si že ti ty stěny, které nejsou přímo v mřížce (tzn. že jsou nějak natočené) ti moc nesedí.
Nejspíš ti to vždy o kousek uteče. Tomu se dá poměrně dobře předejít tak, že když to chytneš za ten čtvereček na otáčení tak ještě zmáčkneš SHIFT a ona stěna se bude otáčet po asi 15 stupních nebo jak to tam je. A ještě je jedna možnost a tou je vertex tool ...
P.S. fixnul jsem ty problémy s texturama, ale je možné že někde jsem ti nechtě změnil texturu tak se nezlob

To jsem se zapomněl podívat, fixni je všechny a pak znova zmáčkni ALT+P a jestli tam něco zbude, tak napiš sem co ti to tam píše.

Z tvé nádherné grafické prezentace jde opravdu poznat co potřebuješ...
Myslím si že zdejší komunita ti ráda poradí nebo se o to pokusí ve všech problémech, ale proč ti psát něco, co už někdo chytřejší popsal včlánku? Ale abych ti přece jen poradil a jen tě tu nepoučoval, je to první odstavec pod obrázkem.

Jo, už to jde.. protože jsem použil nástroj "carve" vícekrát na jeden blok, asi se to rozpůlilo tolikrát, že už to tam hodilo nějakou tu chybu... každopádně díky

Z RMF do BSP to dáš tak, že to zkompiluješ bez závažnývh errorů. BSP se ti vytvoří ve složce, kterou sis nastavil.
Mapa hrát bez VIS a RAD nejde. Jedině "hrát", přičemž na serveru by to lagovalo a brzo by byla smazána. Na server dávaj mapy pouze se světly.
